About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and resolve duplicate contact and company records within HubSpot
Correct ownership inconsistencies across contacts, companies and pipeline objects
Clean and standardise segmentation and formatting fields across thousands of records
Backfill missing data required for reporting and targeting accuracy
Update workflow alert routing to improve visibility of errors across the RevOps team
Support documentation of controls to prevent recurrence of data quality issues
Flag inconsistencies, edge cases and recurring data risks during cleanup work
Work independently against defined weekly cleanup targets
Maintain high levels of accuracy across bulk updates and record corrections
Collaborate with the RevOps team to support forecasting and reporting reliability initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
Experience working with structured datasets in Excel or Google Sheets
Previous experience performing CRM data cleanup or record maintenance work
Confidence exporting, cleaning and re-importing CRM datasets
Strong attention to detail when working across large volumes of records
Ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies within structured data
Comfortable working independently against delivery-focused priorities
Clear communication when flagging data issues or edge cases
Ability to contribute quickly with minimal ramp time in a short-term contract role
