About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Retain and grow your portfolio: Relationship Lead — You will take ownership of an existing client portfolio and become their primary point of contact on a day-to-day basis.
Local advisory: You will conduct client meetings and provide tailored advice.
Attentive to needs: You will identify clients’ unmet needs (upsell / cross-sell).
Performance management: Your key performance indicator (KPI) will be the average product penetration per client.
Customer Success: You will ensure client retention by maintaining high satisfaction and proactively handling any dissatisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally graduated from a higher education program such as a business school (ESC), IAE, or an accounting/management curriculum
Experience as a portfolio manager or in more commercial roles is a plus
Your asset: You master consultative sales techniques and know how to turn client satisfaction into referrals and recommendations.
