About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are the first point of contact for our prospects, handling incoming inquiries by phone and chat.
  • You qualify customer needs to guide prospects to the Tiime product that best suits them.
  • You present and sell our services and products to prospects to encourage them to subscribe to one of our commercial offers.
  • After a sale, you ensure handover and follow-up with the Tiime teams involved after the SDR stage in the customer journey.
  • You manage any commercial follow-ups with prospects.
  • You provide activity reporting.
  • You actively contribute to the development of the CRM (Salesforce) and team processes to improve SDR sales performance.
  • You work with the marketing team to improve conversion rates.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree from an IAE, business school, or university (Bachelor's to Master's level — Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent).
  • You are looking for an agile, challenging environment where you can grow and thrive.
