About the role
- Collect and verify the KYC documents required to open client accounts (legal documents, identity documents, proofs of address, etc.)
- Process and update client files and manage their administrative follow-up
- Ensure the compliance of our client files with regulatory and internal standards
- Monitor and analyze operational anomalies and incidents
- Support clients by email, chat and phone for contract management and account openings
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in customer relations, banking, finance, management, or equivalent
- Proven initial experience in a similar role
- Motivated to take on new challenges
- Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills
