About the role

  • Collect and verify the KYC documents required to open client accounts (legal documents, identity documents, proofs of address, etc.)
  • Process and update client files and manage their administrative follow-up
  • Ensure the compliance of our client files with regulatory and internal standards
  • Monitor and analyze operational anomalies and incidents
  • Support clients by email, chat and phone for contract management and account openings

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in customer relations, banking, finance, management, or equivalent
  • Proven initial experience in a similar role
  • Motivated to take on new challenges
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills
