About the role
- Design marketing and campaign assets across formats — social graphics, infographics, video thumbnails, event collateral, animated visuals
- Report to the Design Lead and work closely with the Marketing team and other designers
- Design digital assets for social, display ads, blog, email, video, and web
- Create branded collateral: event signage, swag, templates, and slide decks
- Develop infographics, visualizations, and e-books to simplify complex ideas
- Produce motion assets: animated diagrams, web animations (Lottie experience is a plus), paid ads
- Create design asset templates in Canva for non-designers
- Collaborate on campaigns and launches
- Organize and manage design assets and improve Figma-based design system
Requirements
- 4+ years of graphic design experience and a strong portfolio that includes motion work
- Fluent in Figma, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Motion experience and can produce lightweight animations
- Comfortable working inside brand guidelines and evolving them when needed
- Can break down complex technical topics into an easy to understand format
- Communicate clearly and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Bonus: Experience with Lottie or modern web animation tools
- Curious about AI’s role in streamlining design
- Must be available to work US Eastern Time (ET) hours
- Able to work part-time (3 days a week)
