Systems Engineer

• Lead the systems engineering function across delivery projects, owning the full lifecycle from requirements development through to verification and acceptance
• Act as the lead business analyst on key projects, gathering, analysing, and translating business needs into detailed system requirements
• Produce and maintain high-quality systems engineering documentation, including: Requirements specifications, Interface control documents, Use cases, user stories, and workflow documentation, Requirements traceability matrices, Verification and validation plans
• Collaborate with solution architects and product teams to ensure requirements are feasible, aligned with solution designs, and clearly understood
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors
• Oversee system verification activities, including test planning, test case development, and validation of delivered functionality
• Ensure full traceability between requirements, design, development, and testing outcomes
• Support defect triage, impact assessment, and continuous solution refinement throughout delivery
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, business analysts, and project teams
• Contribute directly to project delivery to ensure successful end-to-end outcomes

Senior Systems Engineer

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the setup and ongoing development of finance processes, controls, and reporting structures
• Oversee high-volume financial transactions, including reconciliations, payments, and adjustments
• Manage end-to-end reconciliation processes across multiple payment streams and interfaces
• Produce accurate and timely financial reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and financial policies
