Artificial Intelligence

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve AI governance frameworks, policies, standards, procedures and best practices for the development and use of AI systems.
• Support Responsible AI assessments and governance reviews to identify, assess and mitigate ethical, legal and operational risks.
• Partner with Engineering, Platform and Product teams to embed Responsible AI principles—including transparency, explainability, robustness, accountability and fairness—into AI-enabled SDLC processes and engineering workflows.
• Lead and perform AI model evaluations, including: Fairness and bias testing, Robustness and resilience assessments, Model lineage verification, Model card validation, Documentation and governance reviews.
• Coordinate governance activities across Engineering, Product, Privacy, Data Governance and Security functions to ensure consistent application of AI governance standards.
• Evaluate third-party AI tools, foundation models and AI-enabled solutions against Responsible AI and regulatory requirements.
• Support supplier and supply chain assessments where external AI technologies are incorporated into engineering platforms and development workflows.
• Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on ethical, safe and compliant AI development, with a particular focus on engineering platforms, AI-enabled software delivery and operational risk.
• Monitor emerging AI legislation, standards and industry best practices, helping ensure ongoing compliance with an evolving regulatory landscape.

Responsible AI Governance Specialist

• Act as a trusted advisor to global business functions on privacy, Responsible AI and data governance.
• Embed Privacy by Design and Responsible AI principles into business processes and initiatives.
• Lead Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), AI Risk Assessments and privacy demand management activities.
• Manage privacy assessment workflows using OneTrust.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure global privacy standards are implemented while considering local regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Cyber Security, Legal, Product and other business functions to integrate privacy and AI governance into risk assessments from the outset.
• Provide guidance across areas including digital marketing, AdTech, cookie compliance, consumer IoT, HR, finance, big data and AI-enabled services.
• Support the investigation and management of personal data breaches, coordinating stakeholders through reporting, remediation and regulatory compliance activities.
• Help shape and improve global privacy governance processes and best practices.

Privacy & Responsible AI Manager

• Manage subcontract agreements from award through to completion, renewal and termination.
• Lead the commercial and contractual management of software licensing agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage contract novation activities, ensuring seamless transfer of contractual rights and obligations.
• Plan and oversee supplier handback and exit activities, including transition planning, knowledge transfer and asset management.
• Support procurement, legal and operational teams during contract negotiations and variations.
• Monitor supplier performance, compliance, risks and contractual deliverables.
• Resolve contractual issues and disputes whilst protecting the organisation’s commercial interests.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting.

Sub-Contracts Manager
