About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver TIEVA's ambitious marketing strategy and bring the brand to life
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to build awareness, generate demand and strengthen TIEVA's market position
- Coordinate marketing activity across multiple channels and ensure consistent customer experiences
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Content & Social, and external creative partners
- Work with Sales, Vendor Management, People and wider business teams
- Deliver joint campaigns, customer events and thought leadership with technology vendors including Microsoft, HP, Dell Technologies, Lenovo and Mimecast
- Plan major customer events and launch new managed services
- Support employer branding campaigns and strategic partner initiatives
- Help develop the next phase of TIEVA's brand journey
Requirements
What you’ll need- Approximately 2–4 years' experience within a B2B marketing role
- Experience supporting or coordinating integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting events, partner marketing or employer branding initiatives
- Good understanding of digital marketing across websites, email and social media
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn, challenge ideas and continuously improve
- Experience within the technology, IT or managed services sector advantageous but not essential
