About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop RPA automations using Power Platform
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand automation requirements
- Create process documentation and deployment plans
- Manage integration of cloud and desktop flows
- Ensure high quality and timely delivery of automation solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in Power Platform / RPA automation
- Strong experience with Power Automate Cloud Flows (approvals, exception handling, monitoring)
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) for web, desktop, and legacy systems
- Experience deploying automations across Dev / Test / Prod using solutions and ALM practices
- Experience integrating cloud flows with desktop flows and managing run‑time environments
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP, OAuth, API keys, JSON handling)
- Hands-on experience with AI Builder and intelligent/document automation use cases
- Good-to-have experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Dataverse
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end automation solution architecture and governance
- Experience creating PDD, SDD, test, deployment, and handover documentation
- Strong client interaction, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ownership of end‑to‑end delivery.
