About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute customer-focused testing strategies across integration, configuration, and UAT
- Lead end-to-end QA efforts to ensure high-quality SaaS delivery and smooth go-live readiness
- Own and adapt out-of-the-box test scripts to support customer-specific configurations and UAT
- Provide clear testing guidance to customers and act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Identify, track, and resolve defects and risks to prevent delays in deployment
- Drive test automation initiatives and establish best practices within the delivery team
- Prepare and finalize all testing documentation, ensuring SLA compliance and deployment readiness
- Support customer UAT activities, including participation, issue management, and collaboration with internal teams
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships and share customer feedback to improve products and processes
- Continuously improve delivery frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance Lead/Manager role, ideally within SaaS or client-facing implementation environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cloud-based software delivery
- Hands-on experience in quality assurance, including test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail), automation frameworks, and API testing
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams
- Solid domain knowledge of clinical research systems and data workflows (e.g., EDC, EMR, CTMS, ICF) - advantage
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, or start-up environments, driving execution and scalable solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
