About the role

  • Full-stack design and development using Java technologies (Spring Boot, Angular, CSS, JavaScript, HTML)
  • Development of batch applications using Spring Batch
  • Designing, developing, integrating, and deploying web services with REST APIs and microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with distributed messaging systems (RabbitMQ is a plus)
  • Experience with relational databases (DB2, PostgreSQL)
  • DevOps practices with tools such as GitHub and SonarQube
  • Working in an Agile development environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 6–10 years of experience in full-stack design and development of applications using Java technologies
  • 5 years of hands-on experience with: Angular, CSS, JavaScript, HTML
  • Web services (REST) using microservices architecture
  • Relational databases (DB2, PostgreSQL)
  • Exposure and knowledge of: Cloud technologies such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry
  • OAuth2 / OpenID Connect
