About the role

  • Designing modern data platform solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Evaluating emerging technologies and architectural approaches.
  • Working closely with sales, delivery teams, and customers to define solution architectures.
  • Ensuring scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization of proposed architectures.
  • Continuously tracking trends and innovations in the data and analytics ecosystem.
  • Performing architectural and cost comparisons across modern data platforms.
  • Providing guidance on platform selection based on customer maturity, scale, and use cases.
  • Supporting sales teams with technical expertise during solution proposals.
  • Developing best practices, architecture guidelines, and reusable design patterns.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Data engineering and analytics architecture patterns (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh).
  • Technology evaluation and architectural decision frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder communication.
