About the role

  • Design, configure, and optimize both self-hosted and cloud environments.
  • Conduct migrations from self-hosted Atlassian instances to the cloud.
  • Create custom project templates, workflows, reporting solutions, and others.
  • Integrate Atlassian tools with external systems and platforms.
  • Provide post-migration support, including troubleshooting and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.
  • Document workflows, processes, and migration steps.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Cloud & Data Center)
  • Experience with cloud-based reporting and integration
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks
  • Understanding of identity and access management, data privacy, and security best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
