About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and with empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to Tianshi’s networks across Europe via online and offline channels.
- Organize, prepare for, and actively participate in events, meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent command of German (C1) and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong online and offline marketing skills.
- Active, motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient with MS Office (PC skills).
