About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and with empathy.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent command of German (C1) and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong online and offline marketing skills.
  • Active, motivated team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient with MS Office (PC skills).
