Human Resources

• Handle day-to-day HR administration and office operations for the Germany branch and the regional support team, including full employee lifecycle management (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding)
• Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR documentation in compliance with German labor law
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR and administrative matters at the Berlin office
• Support payroll preparation by coordinating with external payroll providers and ensuring data accuracy
• Manage absences, sick leave, vacation records, and statutory reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with German labor law, internal HR policies, and group standards
• Support the Head of Regional HR Europe in regional HR and administration-related projects, such as organizational changes, process optimization, and HR digitalization initiatives
• Assist with personnel measures including probation reviews, contract terminations, and disciplinary processes in coordination with regional HR and legal advisors
• Coordinate communication with works councils, external advisors, and authorities when required
• Support recruitment administration, including interview coordination, documentation, and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update HR systems, personnel files, and internal HR reports.

HR Specialist

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversee and manage regional accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Middle East entities.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Support the CFO Europe Region with consolidated reporting, variance analysis, and strategic financial insights.
• Coordinate and support regional projects, including market entry, business restructuring, cost optimization, and operational scaling initiatives.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity planning, treasury activities, and banking relationships across the region.
• Manage VAT, corporate tax, and other local tax matters in cooperation with external advisors and auditors.
• Review and approve invoices, contracts, and expenditures in line with internal controls and group policies.
• Support distributor bonus calculations, commissions, and regional incentive schemes.
• Participate in digital finance initiatives, including processes related to crypto payments, digital assets, and blockchain-related transactions, ensuring compliance and risk control.
• Liaise with EHQ finance teams and cross-regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with group standards.
