About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
- Assist with additional customer service projects as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to Tianshi's networks across Europe via online and offline channels
- Organize, prepare and actively participate in events, meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent command of German (C1) and strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent online and offline marketing skills
- Active, motivated team player; able to work independently
- Proficient PC skills with the MS Office suite
