About the role
- Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions
- Build and scale internal AI agents
- Automate customer data validation, bank data verification & operational workflows
- Transform financial reporting from manual processes to intelligent automation
- Integrate OpenAI / cloud AI services into real business environments
- Support digital transformation across multiple European countries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in AI implementation, automation, or software development
- Strong Python skills and experience with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI)
- Hands-on automation & system integration experience
- Cloud knowledge (Azure preferred)
- A structured, solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English
