About the role
- Manage financial software, including DATEV, SAP and Lexware
- Plan, implement and monitor budgets (monthly, quarterly and annual)
- Calculate distributor bonuses and execute bank transfers for the Germany branch and region
- Work closely with external CPAs on accounting tasks and support interactions with the tax authorities
- Handle VAT-related matters and liaise with tax accountants on finance issues
- Prepare all payments and manage the company’s bank accounts
- Verify and record all incoming invoices
- Support the customer service team and perform other tasks as assigned by the Country Manager or regional management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented and independent working style
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus
