- Fast and professional response to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience
- Actively participate in training, team meetings, and knowledge sharing
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media management and content promotion
- Assist with special customer service projects as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service for the TIENS network in Europe, both online and offline
- Organize, prepare for, and actively participate in events, meetings, and trainings.
Requirements
- Excellent command of German and English
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent online and offline marketing skills
- Proactive, motivated team player; able to work independently
- Proficient with PC and the MS Office suite
- The office has excellent public transport connections
