About the role
- Collect, organise, and analyse compensation and benefits data from internal and external sources
- Assist in job evaluation, job levelling, and benchmarking to ensure fairness and market alignment
- Help run surveys, benchmarking studies, and annual compensation review processes
- Maintain and update data in rewards systems and create reports and dashboards tracking key compensation and benefits metrics
- Support delivery of employee programs, including bonuses, benefits, and equity, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication
- Prepare communication materials, presentations, and resources to make complex rewards topics accessible for employees
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits and ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, compensation, benefits, or HR analytics
- Meticulous attention to detail — accuracy and timeliness are critical
- Strong data analysis and Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, etc.) is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities
- Clear communicator who can simplify complex data and processes for different audiences
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow
