About the role
- Make high-quality decisions and contribute to the product strategy for Tide’s Accounting & Tax offerings, translating strategy into impact-driven roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, customer support, marketing and country teams to drive product launches and improvements
- Organise work and ship products with high velocity that deliver value to Members
- Define goals and measure performance to evaluate and understand product value
- Build alignment on priorities, plans and progress across product teams and stakeholders
- Inspire and influence others to think differently, solve problems and seize opportunities
Requirements
- Proven product leader with fintech / accounting & tax / financial services domain expertise
- Track record of at least 7 years in product management
- At least intermediate level of domain knowledge of bookkeeping / accounting / tax product solutions
- Ideally with exposure to India
- Experience indirectly leading and collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Organised and consistent in quality execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
