About the role

  • Championing Identity across Tide, including integrating new applications with Okta and creating Just-in-Time access rules
  • Collaborating closely with business and technology teams to define and implement least-privilege, modern access controls and patterns
  • Ensuring the Identity estate (Okta and beyond) adheres to best practices, including deploying phishing-resistant MFA and adopting innovative access technologies
  • Automating manual, inefficient processes to streamline identity management workflows
  • Mentoring and knowledge sharing across the security engineering team and driving identity initiatives to completion

Requirements

  • Proven expertise with modern Identity Providers such as Okta or similar platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, SAML and OIDC
  • Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation to address complex identity challenges; a public repository of your work is a plus
  • Demonstrated passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing within a team environment
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to drive initiatives through to completion
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
