About the role
- Build and execute Tide’s global employer branding strategy and roll out a global Employer Value Proposition (EVP) with local adaptability
- Own employer branding campaigns across digital platforms, events, partnerships, and employee advocacy programs
- Drive recruitment marketing initiatives to showcase Tide’s culture, values, and career opportunities in key markets
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and People teams to enhance candidate and employee experience touchpoints
- Lead Tide’s Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and review-site strategy to ensure strong engagement and ratings
- Build and execute a calendar of employer brand events (online and in-person) including meetups, tech talks, career fairs, and university/industry partnerships
- Track, analyse and report on employer brand performance metrics and use data to optimise strategy
- Act as a thought leader bringing market insights and trends in employer branding, talent marketing, and employee engagement
- Report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with global Talent and People teams
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related field with proven success at a global or regional (EU-wide) level
- Experience creating and implementing EVPs and global employer branding strategies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution
- Excellent storytelling and content creation skills across multiple media (social, video, events, campaigns)
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Comfort working across multiple cultures and geographies; experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments preferred
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, report and improve brand impact
- Experience managing employer review sites and social presence (Glassdoor, LinkedIn)
