• Manage and deliver TidalSense's people functions.
• Focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee reward and benefits, learning and development, and HR compliance.
• Coordinate bottom-up resource requirements planning by line managers.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment coordination within Workable.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and logistics to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
• Define and embed TidalSense's culture; work with leadership to articulate values and translate them into practical structures.
• Facilitate performance review cycles and mid-year talent reviews.
• Conduct desk research for salary benchmarking exercises.
• Administer company benefit schemes in partnership with Finance team.
• Maintain a pulse on team morale and facilitate company-wide engagement surveys.
• Maintain employee records and personnel files within the HRIS.
• Handle first-line employee relations queries and policy clarifications.
