About the role
- Assist the marketing and business development team with day-to-day outbound prospecting and lead generation initiatives.
- Support the team by building clean and segment targeted prospect lists using a variety of data sources.
- Monitor outbound campaign metrics and help surface insights on what messaging and audiences perform best.
- Identify and research prospective firms and decision-makers to support targeted, high-quality outbound outreach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records by logging activity, updating contact information, and tagging leads appropriately.
- Enrich lead and account data by validating contact details and filling data gaps between data tools and internal CRM.
- Help document lead generation workflows, best practices, and repeatable outbound processes.
- Provide general support on additional marketing and business development projects as needed.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a co-op program at Northeastern University, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong notetaking and documentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a marketing or administrative support role is a plus.
