About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage the operations of our Long Term Recovery Program team including programs for CDBG-DR
Develop, influence and implement a broad Long Term Recovery (including a CDBG-DR) market strategy
Help grow the Response & Recovery planning, design, grants management, and consulting practice
Support the breadth of Tidal Basin’s Long Term Recovery related projects by providing expertise and guidance
Attract and secure new Long Term Recovery clients and build the opportunity pipeline alongside SLC leadership
Build relationships with senior leaders at Federal, State, Local, Territorial, Tribal and commercial entities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management, Planning, Engineering/Architecture, Environmental, Finance or related degree
15 years of progressively increasing responsibility and experience delivering FGM and Housing-related projects and programs at the Federal, State, Local, Tribal or Territorial Levels
Licensure in Field of Study (i.e. CEM, AICP, PE, AIA, CPA)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience leading diverse technical and geographic teams
