About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support MER3 vertical leadership in providing high quality, timely, and profitable delivery of the Response and Recovery (R&R) project portfolio
  • Develop, influence and implement an R&R market strategy
  • Own pipeline governance: maintain accurate CRM data
  • Support Operations and Sales in Go/No-Go decisions for Capture and RFX activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create and execute marketing campaigns
  • Build relationships with senior leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management, Planning, Engineering/Architecture, Environmental, Finance or related degree
  • 15 years of progressively increasing responsibility and experience delivering public and individual assistance projects and programs,
  • Experience leading diverse technical and geographic teams
  • Deep understanding of project management and consulting service models and FEMA PA, IA, and Logistics funded disaster recovery programs
  • Excellent oral, written, organizational, and time management skills
