About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Meet and exceed client service level agreements
  • Advise and assist with reporting
  • Coordinate upgrades and hardware replacements at client sites
  • Advise and educate clients within procedural guidelines to provide complete technical or service solutions
  • Maintain customer contacts for accurate tracking and reporting
  • Provide high-level marketing support on Ticketmaster no-cost solutions
  • Provide onsite event support and after-hours office support
  • Support Ticketmaster ONE web portal, Host System, and Access Control
  • Remain current with software and product releases
  • Create and modify advanced reports
  • Support season ticketing and access-control customization
  • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing maintenance
  • Act as the expert in access-control products
  • Identify and assist in resolving event-programming errors
  • Communicate product updates, features, and functionality to clients
  • Provide product support and best practices, including archiving data, loading events, setting rules, adding hardware, and communicating with other Ticketmaster servers
  • Assist with new manifest creation and establish special client MOP types
  • Install Archtics on workstations and ticket printers
  • Train clients on new features and functionality
  • Perform database tasks as needed
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Research client/customer complaints about service levels
  • Work with National/Central support groups to expedite problem resolution
  • Coordinate networking issues between clients and Ticketmaster IT
  • Resolve balance audits, settlement issues, and event-related customer-service issues
  • Restart database, credit-card, and DIGIT servers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience with the Ticketmaster System and/or various ticketing system
  • Overall awareness of the entertainment and sports business
  • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Service oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Able to successfully handle multiple priorities
  • A certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem solving is required
  • Candidate must reside in Hawaii
  • Box Office experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of how TM departments impact one another and outside clients is a plus
  • Knowledge of Presence, AccessManager, REPGEN, and the Event Base product suite is preferred
  • Archtics experience is preferred
