About the role

  • Develop and evangelize the product strategy for upsells and ancillary offerings, aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Contribute to the development of company principles and objectives, influencing enterprise-wide priorities.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in ecommerce, purchase flows, upsell mechanics, dynamic packaging, and travel integrations.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to build robust, highly scalable solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
  • Lead and inspire other purchase product managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and effective delegation.
  • Drive delivery across many dependencies, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, CRM, legal, operations, and client-facing teams.
  • Manage complex go-to-market plans, coordinating with external clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful launches and adoption.
  • Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities, ensuring alignment and timely execution across the enterprise.
  • Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, including clients, marketing, CRM, and other business units.
  • Author clear business cases, competitive analyses, and operational documentation to support decision-making and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and status to leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Analyze and report on feature performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of product management experience in technology-focused businesses, with a track record of delivering complex, high-impact products.
  • Expertise in B2C ecommerce, purchase flows, upsell strategies, dynamic packaging, and travel integrations.
  • Advanced knowledge of scalable architectures, agile methodologies, and product management best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in computer science, business, or design preferred.
