About the role

  • Partner with Marketing, Data Science and Finance teams to design and implement robust campaign and performance measurement frameworks
  • Conduct structured experiments to optimise marketing spend, improve ROI, and direct strategic planning
  • Work closely with MarTech / CRM to establish and measure propensity scoring, churn prediction and lifecycle initiatives
  • Become the go-to-person for Marketing stakeholders when it comes to data related questions and measurement strategy
  • Work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to develop actionable dashboards in ThoughtSpot & Databricks
  • Support target-setting processes
  • Advocate for, and educate the marketing team on best Business Intelligence practices

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience within the Marketing Analytics, or BI field
  • Proven experience in marketing budget allocation, target optimisation and attribution modeling
  • Strong analytical skills - you’re comfortable exploring large datasets, building clear narratives with data, and applying statistical reasoning to business problems
  • Proven proficiency in SQL for data analysis, (Python or statistical tools e.g., Pandas, is a plus)
  • Strong experience in building clean and meaningful dashboards in data visualization tools like ThoughtSpot
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
