About the role
- Partner with business leaders as a trusted financial and commercial sparring partner
- Drive commercial and performance analysis across revenue, margin, unit economics, pricing, and profitability
- Support strategic initiatives and investments through financial modelling
- Challenge assumptions and highlight trade-offs to improve decision-making
- Analyse performance by product, customer segment, or initiative to identify value drivers and risks
- Track and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Background in FP&A, commercial finance, analytics, or consulting
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Experience in pricing, unit economics, or growth analysis
- Business-partnering mindset
- Comfort working with imperfect data in fast-moving environments
- Clear and pragmatic communication skills
- Fluency in English
