About the role
- Conduct deep analysis of energy markets, competitors, regulation, and technology trends
- Track changes in market and competition landscape to identify threats, risks and opportunities
- Develop scenario planning and long-term market outlooks
- Evaluate strategic options across markets, products, and partnerships
- Support long-term portfolio prioritisation and capital allocation discussions
- Identify new growth arenas and partnership opportunities
- Lead and support strategic business initiatives
- Build high-level business cases to guide strategic decisions
- Support M&A screening, market entry strategy, and partnership evaluation
- Prepare C-level strategy materials and board insights
- Translate complex market dynamics into clear strategic narratives
Requirements
- Background in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, market intelligence, or investment analysis
- Strong ability to analyse markets and competitive landscapes
- Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
- Structured thinker comfortable with ambiguity and long-term horizons
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- High ownership and ability to operate independently
- A collaborative, proactive, and outcome-oriented approach
- Fluency in English
- Experience in subscription-based, product-led, or multi-market businesses is a strong plus.
- Exposure to pricing, unit economics, or growth-related analysis is a strong plus.
