About the role
- The Investments Product Research job conducts market research and expedites idea generation through team collaborations and the streamlining of research processes.
- Under moderate supervision, this job prioritizes product development concepts and identifies key market insights.
- Participates in the due diligence research process of investment products and disseminates communications on company performance.
- Engages business stakeholders and shares research insights that create client-centric investment product solutions.
- Builds a comprehensive repository of market specific information that identifies thematic insights and best practices in product development.
- Develops investment research deliverables based on client, corporate, and stakeholder inputs.
- Assists with day-to-day product operations and researches trends in product development, brand positioning, and customer satisfaction.
- Synthesizes market data and product information from multiple sources and makes recommendations for investment strategy.
- Gathers data on investment products and generates reports that illustrate market performance.
Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
- Sedentary Work (Physical Requirements)
- 6IC (Career Level)
- Experience in Fund Manager Research Morningstar Direct or eVestment
- CFA designation or demonstrated pursuit of CFA
