About the role

  • Establish financial practices and decision making on complex issues affecting recordkeeping for trusts, annuities, and pooled income funds
  • Manage measurement and performance reporting needs for individual portfolios and groups
  • Responsible for GIPS verification process and adherence with regulatory standards (i.e. SEC)
  • Manage vendor and custodial relationships including cloud hosting support and application upgrades
  • Document and establish business processes and controls for ongoing integration with the business
  • Own the firm’s portfolio management (APX) software solution
  • Implement and enhance operational and financial controls, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Investment performance reporting
  • Hands-on experience with APX portfolio management software
  • Familiarity with Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) and SEC regulatory requirements
  • Ability to manage vendor and custodial relationships
  • Understanding of system architecture, integrations, and automation workflows
  • Experience with gift administration and ability to assess complex, non-cash assets
  • Experience collaborating with IT on systems acquisitions and development
  • Prior experience in an investment advisory or wealth management environment
