About the role
- Lead and execute strategic financial analyses and initiatives partnering with business and finance leaders.
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve data quality, infrastructure, planning and management reporting capabilities by partnering with finance, accounting, and technology teams.
- Lead initiatives to enhance data infrastructure, including evaluation and implementation of new technologies and process automation.
- Develop advanced analytics capabilities and dashboards for investment teams, client services, and senior leadership decision-making.
- Present data strategy recommendations and progress updates to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of financial planning and analysis or corporate finance experience
- BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science or Economics; an MBA, CFA, CPA or other advanced degree is preferred
- 6+ years of business management, data analytics or business intelligence with a preference for AUM reporting experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
