Build and iterate on complex financial models that support our expansion.
Write SQL queries to pull raw data, ensuring our financial projections are grounded in real-time operational reality.
Prepare and deliver high-quality quantitative and presentation materials to support ongoing strategic analyses.
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Clinical leadership to provide data-driven insights.
Monitor business performance against targets and identify the "why" behind the numbers.
Help refine and automate our financial reporting and data workflows.

Requirements

2–4 years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Management Consulting, Economic Consulting, Business Analytics, or a similar high-intensity analytical role.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or high-ambiguity environments where you are required to pivot quickly and deliver under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in SQL is required. You should be comfortable navigating databases and joining tables to get the answers you need.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets expertise prioritizing accuracy, scalability, and clean architecture.
Possess a "first principles" approach to problem-solving.
Ability to distill complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives for various stakeholders across the company.
Undergrad degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
