• Join calls with marketing, retail, and tech to follow how tasks evolve.
• Support sprint planning and track progress on ongoing initiatives.
• Work closely with the Group Chief E-Commerce Officer (that’s your main mentor).

• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Draft and edit legal documents including NDAs, contracts, notices, and correspondence.
• Assist with contract management tasks such as organizing documents and tracking deadlines.
• Support compliance efforts, including monitoring regulatory updates and conducting internal audits.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Collaborate with other departments such as HR, Finance, and Marketing to collect necessary information.
• Assist with research on local and international regulations relevant to the company.
• Participate in special projects and digitalization initiatives within the legal department.
