About the role
- Design, prototype, and refine new clinical workflows, care pathways, and partner-facing programs
- Partner with data teams to define success metrics and monitor outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align innovation efforts
- Drive complex, multi-workstream initiatives and ensure teams have the tools for high-level delivery
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in healthcare innovation, clinical operations, consulting, or related fields
- Strong understanding of value-based care
- Proven ability to design, test, and scale new programs or processes
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Strong data literacy and comfort interpreting analyses
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in oncology, palliative care, or other complex care delivery settings (bonus)
- Prior people management or mentorship experience (bonus)
- Proficiency with SQL, Looker, or other data analysis tools (bonus)
