Handle inbound & outbound calls, text messages, secure emails, and faxes, connecting members/providers to Care Team; provide administrative support by generating member reports and data entry
Remote role eligible for individuals throughout the United States; Nashville HQ; may work from Nashville if in region; otherwise remote
Requires year or more telephonic support experience in healthcare or customer service with empathy and patience
After first three months, complete training and be up to speed on Thyme Care tools, processes, expectations; follow Care Team policies; generate daily member reports; provide inbound support; triage member needs; send weekly surveys; schedule patient/provider calls; contribute to special projects/data entry
