- Lead evolution of design function and scale creative team
- Own and expand visual identity and design system
- Lead creative direction and execution of web properties
- Own strategy and execution of campaigns across channels

Requirements
- 7+ years in visual design, creative direction, or brand leadership, including 3+ years managing multidisciplinary or distributed creative teams
- Direct people-leadership experience, including mentoring, developing, and managing both full-time and part-time designers
- Proven ability to manage agency and freelance partners
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and design craft across digital, print, campaign, and presentation formats
- Experience balancing multiple workstreams, priorities, and timelines
- Confident project management instincts
- Strength in systems thinking and creative operations
- Cross-functional experience collaborating with marketing, product, clinical, operations, and growth teams
- A collaborative mindset and strong creative instincts
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or value-based care is a plus
