5+ years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, People Operations, Community Programs, Inclusion & Belonging, or a related field
Hands-on experience supporting ERGs, affinity groups, employee communities, or large-scale engagement programs
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and deliver with consistency
Build repeatable processes and scalable frameworks, continuously improve ERG and community work
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Understanding what makes employee group programs meaningful in a distributed or virtual setting
