About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of an accredited program for medical assistants, athletic training, or nursing.
  • Certification is required.
  • CMA/RMA must be registered/certified through one of the following national organizations: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), National HealthCareer Association (NHA), American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), or American Medical Certification Association (AMCA).
  • EMTs will need Emergency Medical Technician certification.
  • ATCs will need to be board certified as Athletic Trainer.
  • Knowledge of EMR (Epic).
  • Ability to triage patient telephone calls.
