Senior Software Account Representative
ThryvSales role increasing SaaS client base while enhancing engagement with existing clients at Thryv. Remote work with 25% client face-to-face interaction and sales responsibilities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Increase Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base
- Increase client engagement with existing software clients
- Grow the SaaS client base through new sales
- Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota
- Engage with clients face-to-face approximately 25% of the time
- Present opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on client needs
- Identify and secure new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting
- Execute all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence
- Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role or company)
- 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role required
- Industry knowledge with a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office
- 25% driving requirement and valid driver's license
- Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute)
