Senior Software Account Representative
ThryvSenior Software Account Representative responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and securing new SaaS clients for Thryv's offerings. Engaging in client interactions primarily remotely, with some face-to-face meetings.

- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how Thryv can grow their business
- Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
- Bring your thinking, strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture and vision for the future
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role or company)
- 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role required
- Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships.
- Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively conducting sales presentations while following company established processes and procedures
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new programs and systems
- Associate’s degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience required
- 25% driving requirement and valid driver's license
- Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute)
