About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain comprehensive, real-time visibility into all active projects across the technology and business applications portfolio
- Track progress against projected timelines, identify schedule slippage risk, and drive corrective action with engineering and technical leads
- Map cross-project and cross-team technical dependencies in portfolio management tooling
- Establish and maintain portfolio-level reporting cadence, dashboards, and status updates for leadership
- Translate technical scope and requirements into actionable execution plans, sequencing, and tracking
- Identify and escalate schedule, resourcing, and technical delivery risks and drive resolution
- Orchestrate prioritization and sequencing discussions across concurrent initiatives
- Enable leadership to make informed prioritization and sequencing decisions across active programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required
- 2+ years of related experience, required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent program management certification, preferred
- 5+ years of related experience, preferred
- Proven proficiency in portfolio and program management methodologies, including dependency mapping, risk identification, and execution tracking across concurrent initiatives
- Ability to translate complex technical scope into structured execution plans and sequencing frameworks
- Working knowledge of portfolio management and project tracking tooling, including dependency mapping and status reporting capabilities
- Knowledge of agile and iterative delivery frameworks sufficient to interpret sprint-level execution data and identify delivery variance
- Technical fluency in software development concepts and engineering performance metrics
- Ability to identify and escalate delivery risks with supporting documentation
- Ability to facilitate prioritization and sequencing discussions across cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to drive alignment and corrective action across engineering and technical stakeholders without direct authority
- Ability to travel less than 5% of the time
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required
- Must successfully complete required training or orientation courses, as needed
