Therapist

• Productivity standards may vary by customer contract; however, below are the general standards that will apply: 15+ completed sessions of direct counseling care per week
• Concurrent note-taking during sessions
• Treatment plans and other documentation as required
• Treatment team meetings with the customer, as applicable
• Weekly Synchronous Health team meeting
• Advocates for the Participant on decisions regarding meeting their clinical needs
• Liaises closely with Customer Success activities and requests, advocating for the customer’s needs being met
• Brings successful models and techniques from other experiences and bodies of evidence to best support participants
• Supports the development of materials for communication, outreach, and marketing of Synchronous Health’s services to participants, clinicians, partners, and within the industry at large (i.e., conference presentations, attending networking events, active in professional organizations, etc.)
• Serve as the first point of contact for escalation for participants who are displeased with any aspect of their experience
• Reports to the Operations team as the second point of escalation if participants’ concerns are unresolved
• Keep abreast of new developments in clinical care, including analog and digital techniques
• Other duties as assigned

Part Time Clinical Talk Therapist – Synchronous

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients
• Work directly with clients through telehealth sessions

Licensed Talk Therapist – Part Time, Fee For Service

Account Manager

• Lead and develop a team of Care Partnership Managers and Associates responsible for establishing and building referral partnerships and connecting individuals to Thriveworks care
• Design and implement comprehensive strategic plans for health system partnerships, driving both new business acquisition and revenue growth from existing relationships
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across partnerships, success, and marketing to execute account strategies and ensure consistent delivery of value to partners
• Conduct regular strategic account reviews, including relationship mapping and action planning
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic direction
• Collaborate with Partner Success, Marketing, and our Center of Excellence to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Drive performance through regular KPI analysis and strategic planning sessions with the Chief Growth Officer
• Serve as a passionate ambassador for Thriveworks, effectively communicating our vision and value proposition to stakeholders

VP of Care Partnerships

Operations

• Oversee the clinician lifecycle, including onboarding, ramp, performance management, and retention, ensuring clinicians meet expectations for availability, utilization, and quality of care
• Own regional performance across key metrics, including clinician utilization, scheduling availability, patient access, and retention, using data to identify trends and drive improvement
• Manage revenue growth and labor costs to support company objectives
• Conduct performance management for clinicians, including coaching on productivity, scheduling behaviors, adherence to company standards, and addressing underperformance through structured interventions
• Lead change management efforts by cascading communication, driving adoption of new initiatives, and supporting the execution of pilots and operational updates across the region
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical, call center, billing, compliance, and marketing teams to support patient access, resolve operational challenges, and execute key business initiatives
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the region and advocate for solutions that improve clinician performance, patient experience, and operational efficiency
• Manage and support resolution of escalations, including patient complaints, safety concerns, and continuity of care challenges, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up
• Ensure clinicians maintain required scheduling availability and drive access to care, including same-day and near-term appointment availability; proactively address gaps in provider capacity and patient demand
• Ensure adherence to operational workflows and standard operating procedures, including scheduling protocols, refill processes, and call dispositions; reinforce consistency and address breakdowns

Regional Operations Director

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in San Antonio, TX
• Deliver exceptional care while supporting client mental health
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality mental health services

Licensed Talk Therapist – Fee For Service

• Provide telehealth sessions in Indiana
• See 15-21 sessions per week
• Collaborate with other clinicians for support and growth
• Maintain a commitment to quality care

Part Time Licensed Talk Therapist – Fee For Service

• Provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends
• Support clients in achieving mental health goals
• Collaborate with the Thriveworks team for continuous improvement
• Utilize our tools and resources to deliver exceptional care

Licensed Talk Therapist – Weekend/Evening, Fee For Service

• Provide telehealth sessions in Iowa
• See 15-21 sessions per week
• Serve as a behavioral health generalist (open to seeing couples/children, with support)
• Demonstrate strong character and commitment to quality care
