About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients
- Handle the administrative work such as credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support
- Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
- Flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET
Requirements
What you’ll need- Independently licensed and living in Mississippi — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 10 sessions with 15 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
