About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implements GA market ‑ level plans, ensuring focus, coordination, and consistency with the Distribution priorities and GA strategy
- Functions as an extension of GA Distribution Leader in the markets by working with field leadership to implement the planned tactics on their behalf
- Serves as the primary liaison between the GA Distribution Leaders and the various corporate partners in a coordinated way and keeping within the scope of the plans
- Partners with and provides coaching and consultation to Corporate functions from Engagement, Partnerships, Financial Education, Advisor Recruitment and Development, Multicultural, and Marketing, among others, to effectively execute the GA strategy in the local markets
- Identifies best practices and challenges across GA markets to inform both short term improvements and adjustments to the strategy
- Provides real ‑ time feedback on adoption, effectiveness, and gaps, and works with key partners and leaders to improve effectiveness
- Maintains ongoing tracking and reporting of GA key performance indicators, including trend analysis and key observations to inform and recommend adjustments
- Manages administrative and coordination needs for the GA Distribution Leaders, including partnership and community event logistics, workshop development, localized marketing materials, etc.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of experience in business, management or similar field, preferably in the financial services industry collaborating directly with financial advisors and field leaders
- Strong communication skills, ability to influence without direct authority
- Exceptional cross ‑ functional coordination and stakeholder management
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Comfort with operating in ambiguity while bringing structure and focus
- Advanced skills in MS office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
