About the role
- Fully qualified analyst who supports both the systems and the processes of Capacity Growth & Development COE, acting in a liaison role between the business and key stakeholders.
- Instrumental in providing reporting necessary for the operation of divisional functions.
- Assists in consultations to gather business reporting requirements and supports functional teams.
- Also accountable for coordinating between functions and driving deliverables.
- Responsible for data quality and the monitoring of end-to-end reporting and trends in the business unit.
- Leads small to moderate size projects by drafting requirements, performing updates, and designing and executing test cases.
Requirements
- College degree in mathematics, analytics, business, management, or related equivalent experience
- 2-4 years using database and data warehouse environments
- Proficient with Microsoft Access and Excel
- Experience using SAS and Business Objects reporting tools
- Solid working knowledge of systems design process and methodology as well as knowledge / use of systems tools including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and other applications / software as required
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
- Able to work with a sense of urgency on multiple projects at the same time
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, within a stated objective
- Ability to utilize technology to create reports and/or secure information necessary for decision making in a manner that is readily consumable by leadership.
