Key responsibilities & impact

Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, present, interview coordination, offer, close
Ability to execute on Daily Recruiting Targets:
Source at least 10 qualified therapy providers a day through Indeed Resume Search, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct 4-8 phone screens per day
Close on 4-5 quality therapy providers a week
Achieve 25-35 signed hires within 90 days
Maintain candidate pipeline in Thrive Talent Platform and internal trackers
Participate in daily standups
Optimize Indeed postings (A/B testing, bid management, refresh cadence)

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years healthcare or therapy recruitment experience (school-based strongly preferred)
Proven track record of high-volume placements (20+ hires in a quarter)
A self-starter and ability to navigate within in fast-paced, and at times, ambiguous environments
Experience sourcing SLPs, OTs, PTs, or School Psychologists
Indeed power user (Resume Search, Sponsored posting optimization, Hiring Events)
Strong phone presence and consultative selling skills
Ability to work full-time (40+ hours/week) exclusively for Thrive during engagement
Own equipment (computer, phone, internet) - fully remote position
Available to start full time June 15, 2026
