About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source qualified therapy providers through Indeed Resume Search, referrals, and direct outreach
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, present, interview coordination, offer, close
- Conduct 8-12 phone screens per day during peak periods
- Achieve 25-35 signed hires within 90 days
- Maintain candidate pipeline in Thrive Talent Platform
- Participate in daily standups
- Optimize Indeed postings (A/B testing, bid management, refresh cadence)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years healthcare or therapy recruitment experience (school-based strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of high-volume placements (20+ hires in a quarter)
- Experience sourcing SLPs, OTs, PTs, School Psychologists, BCBAs, or MHCs
- Indeed power user (Resume Search, Sponsored posting optimization, Hiring Events)
- Strong phone presence and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work full-time (40+ hours/week) exclusively for Thrive during engagement
- Own equipment (computer, phone, internet) - fully remote position
- Available to start May 5, 2026
